Ten Ten is a simple, secure and reliable way to communicate with your friends. No one, not even Ten Ten, can listen to your personal conversations which are not even stored.

These Messaging Guidelines (these “Guidelines”) apply to all of our features.

Use of the Ten Ten Application is governed by our Terms of Service and these Guidelines.

Ten Ten may take action against violations of our Terms of Service or these Guidelines, based on the limited information available to Ten Ten, including basic account and reports by other users.

• ❌ Do not share illegal content or engage in illegal activity This includes content that sexually exploits or endangers children (including child sexual abuse material) or that supports designated terrorist organizations or individuals. Do not share intellectual property you do not have a right to use. Do not organize or coordinate violent crimes, violence against others, human trafficking, or trade in illicit drugs.
• ❌ Do not engage in adversarial behavior. This includes efforts to undermine Ten Ten integrity systems, abuse reporting tools, compromise user accounts, scrape data, or use unofficial clients, bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialing, or automation to harm Ten Ten or our users.
• ❌ Do not engage in fraud or spam. This includes repeated unwanted contact with Ten Ten users, and activity that scams or defrauds Ten Ten or our users through purposeful deception or impersonation.

Ten Ten is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all users, particularly children. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Our app provides an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns, submit feedback, or flag inappropriate content. We take immediate and appropriate action upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), including its removal and reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities, in compliance with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

Ten Ten may use both automated processing techniques and human review teams to detect and review information available to us including account, profile information, as well as reported contacts, for potential violations of these Guidelines.
